Subject: Official Information request - Phase II PwC Review of FENZ

Dear Department of Internal Affairs,

Price Waterhouse Cooper (PWC) were commissioned by FENZ to undertake and
Operational Review. A draft of Phase 2 of the PwC report was due in
November and the final in December 2017.

Under the provisions of the Official Information Act I requested a copy of
the final PwC Operational Report Phase 2 in early January 2018. They
responded that the Phase 2 report was “not available at present” and that
it was a ministerial review and that DIA would receive a copy “once it is
completed”.

I subsequently requested this report from you but was advised that it was
(then) with the Minister and may be subsequently released.

I request again for copy of the Phase II Operational Review as prepared by
Price Waterhouse Cooper from you under the provisions of the Official
Information Act.
