From: Day
Otorohanga District Council

Good morning

Thank you kindly for your email received today, Wednesday 8 August 2018 in regards to your request for information on Library Wage Levels.

I have spent time this morning tracking back through our records for your original email and also through the robust tracking system that ensures that Council responds to requests such as the one that was submitted by you within the time limits set out in the Act.

My investigation has revealed that Council has no record of this original request on the system so I do extend my apology that you did not receive a reply.

The only reasoning I can provide that explains this situation would be that a Spam filter has picked up the original email resulting in this not arriving on the system.

To ensure that further requests from FYI.ORG.NZ do not enter the digital abyss I have request that our IT department add the unique email address used by this page to the clear list. This will prevent any future intervention from the spam filters.

Thank you kindly for your understanding, it is a unique situation and I am pleased that there is a solution resultant from this.

Kind regards,

Day Dowd
