Dear Hutt City Council,
Pursuant to Section 10 of the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987, please provide a copy of information the Hutt City Council holds on:
- The introduction of parking fees during weekends at council controlled parking facilities at or around the Hutt River stop bank.
For the purpose of this request, information as far back as 1 January 2017 is sought.
Information of interest would include, but is not limited to, emails discussing the fee introduction, memorandum on the subject, and advice received on the introduction of a fee.

I am unable to access any of the files you have attached, and I note that a covering letter has not been provided.
The error message was 10551N7YCK-8888-1000 (if that means anything to Hutt City Council).
Could you attach the files to a reply to this message? I note that the secure file sharing mechanism Hutt City Council is attempting to use has a user time limit, which is not provided for within the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987.
