Please provide the following information relating to the New Zealand Rural Origins sub-category of both the Medicine (MB ChB) and Dentistry (BDS) programs at the University of Otago for the most recent five years (2013-2017):

(1) Number of New Zealand Rural Origins sub-category seats available each year (under the HSFY category),
(2) Number of New Zealand Rural Origins sub-category applicants each year (under the HSFY category),
(3) The UMAT cut-off scores for offer of a Dental program interview each year (under the HSFY category),
(4) Lowest successful New Zealand Rural Origins sub-category first round offer rank score each year (under the HSFY category),
(5) Lowest successful New Zealand Rural Origins sub-category waitlist rank score each year (under the HSFY category).
