·         a permanent resident of New Zealand; or

·         a person who is in New Zealand

 

and therefore eligible to make a request under the Official Information
Act 1982.

 

Your request as currently worded encompasses a large amount of
documentation and therefore could possibly be refused as involving
substantial collation and research.

 

Accordingly, are you able to be more specific as to exactly what
