Dear Ministry of Justice,

I am writing to request the private partner within the Private Public
Partnership utilized to carry out proposed expansion of Waikeria Prison.

As per the time-frame supplied by Corrections, we are now in the third
stage in which a Preferred Bidder is selected, with an expectation to have
a signed contract mid-way through 2018. I would like to request any and
all additional information regarding the progress of this process and any
involved parties as possible under the OIA.

Additionally, I would like to request the release of a list of
short-listed respondents who received a Request For Proposal.

Any additional information not specifically requested but pertaining to
the above would be welcomed.

We have transferred your request to the Department of Corrections. The
information to which your request relates is not held by us but is
believed to be held by the Department of Corrections.
