CCTV footage 148 Kepa Road. Accident footage

Rochelle made this Official Information request to Auckland Transport

Response to this request is long overdue. By law Auckland Transport should have responded by now (details and exceptions). The requester can complain to the Ombudsman.

From: Rochelle

Dear New Zealand Transport Agency,

Are you able to please supply me with the CCTV camera footage captured from the cameras at the pedestrian crossing at approximately 148 Kepa Road, Auckland. It is the crossing outside the St James Anglican Church. I require the footage that is heading in the direction of Coates Ave and away from the Z petrol station. The date and time required are Tuesday 1st May between 2:20pm and 2:40pm in relation to a small truck hitting me and committing hit and run offense on my vehicle (a silver holden sedan). The perpetrator of the hit and run is disputing his liability, I require this evidence to support my claim.

Yours faithfully,
Rochelle Ferry
