Thank you for your response, I appreciate the conformation of a response
date to my specific complaint.

 

What I have asked under the OIA is the official complaints procedure in
respect to DV providers in specific. I never asked for a response to my
specific complaint currently lodged with your department.

I have been advised that under the complaints process on your website that
the complaints process  is for legal aid and lawyers only and to this end
I ask again:

 

Please direct me to the official complaints procedure on your website that
covers complaints in respect to DV poroviders?

I would appreciate a link to the same.
