    Dear correspondence, official,
Thank you for your response, I appreciate the conformation of a response date to my specific complaint.
What I have asked under the OIA is the official complaints procedure in respect to DV providers in specific. I never asked for a response to my specific complaint currently lodged with your department.
I have been advised that under the complaints process on your website that the complaints process is for legal aid and lawyers only and to this end I ask again:
Please direct me to the official complaints procedure on your website that covers complaints in respect to DV poroviders?
I would appreciate a link to the same.
Thanking you in advance.
Craig Lubbe

    Dear Mr Pickard,
Thank you for your response, I am somewhat bemused by the fact that you are advising me it is going to take a month to direct me to the official complaints process within the Justice department for DV providers?
There is a process for legal aid and lawyers which quotes service providers but I have been advised that this is not the process to follow?
To this end I simply ask that you provide me with a link to the appropriate complaints process for DV providers within the Justice departments processes and procedures manual. I trust this would be web based and available to the public?
Yours sincerely,
Mr. Craig Lubbe

I must say you are making a rod for your own back by not simply asking a question to the MoJ. Once a query becomes an OIA request it disappears into a mire of bureaucracy as it is logged and checked and counter checked by various sections within the government department.
