Dear Ministry for Primary Industries,

I request all information relating to discussions, evidence, complaints, occurrences, policies and procedures including educational materials, scientific evidence and all considerations by the Ministry of Primary Industries regarding the use of live crayfish in restaurants.

Clarification:
This information must include any complaints from the public or internal and referred complaints as well as external and international discussion and consideration about humane and accepted methods of killing, cooking and using lobsters and other cray.
