You state in your recent letter to me that private landowners set private terms and conditions for leasing any buildings.
What are the private terms and conditions that have been set for leasing the MSD building in Castle st, Dunedin ?
Can you please provide me with a copy of all health and safety assesments including risk assessments & a list of all identified hazards & potential hazards for that same building ?
