Please advise between 1 January 2017 to 30 June 2017. Details of

1) Entitlement to reside and intention = 1
2) Presence, entitlement to reside and intention not met = 1
As per the following table taken directly from our website, two
applications were considered under 9(1)(c): Entitlement to reside and
intention and Presence, entitlement to reside and intention not. Both of
these applications were considered and declined.
In your request you have specifically asked for the information from the
applications approved by the Minister of Internal Affairs.
Can you please confirm which of the following is applicable:
1. Do you instead request the information of those declined applications?
2. Do you instead request the information of other approved applications?
3. Would you like to change or cancel your request altogether?
If you could please confirm the above at your earliest convenience so that
we may correctly process your request.

9(1)(c) of the Citizenship Act. Omitting the time frame (minimum 5 approved application) most recently, for the categories of:

Good morning Mr McIntyre,
Thank you for the clarification you provided on 19 February (attached below), in which you amended the scope of your request. The new scope of your request is:
1. Details of most recently approved applications (at least 5) under S9(1)(c) for the categories of:
a. Entitlement to reside and Intention
b. Good Character
2. Details of at least 5 other applications approved under S9(1)(c) under any of the other categories
(I note that previously your request related to applications between 1/1/2017 and 30/6/2017 only - and you now include no time frame in your new request scope.)
As your request has changed substantially, the Department will be considering it a new request, in accordance with section 15(1AA) of the Act. Therefore, the Department's response will now be provided no later than 19 March 2018.
