Unless more time is required, the Transport Agency will send a response to you within 20 working days of receiving your request – in this instance on or before 13 February 2018.

Please note that the days from 25 December 2017 through to 15 January 2018 are not working days, pursuant to the interpretation found at section 2(1) of the Act. While there are 20 working days allowed to respond under the Act, the Transport Agency will still respond as soon as reasonably practicable.

I am making an official information request to see traffic cam footage for a specific period to try to track down my stolen vehicle and property.
Vehicle Nissan Patrol 1997 registration; WE2942 Trailer Brent Smith 2017 registration; 7G606 containing Honda Pioneer ATV 2017 with cream coloured cover.
Time: Stolen 31st December 11.30pm Glengarry Road Auckland.
Request to see footage from Lincoln and Te Atatu roads including motorways from 11.40 pm to 5am.
Police reference number 180101/8865

Further to our call today, I advised that the footage available to us was only until 1am and unfortunately I've been unsuccessful in finding any image of your Nissan Patrol and trailer containing the Honda Pioneer ATV in which case you have advised you're happy to have your request cancelled.
