Dear Ministry of Justice,

 

On 12 December 2017 you signed out to me an OIA request concerning FDR
Mediation.

This requests asks for information that you indicated in response to my
first question.

 

You say that "The Ministry requires FDR suppliers to agree their model
[for incorporating or discovering the child's views in mediation] with the
Ministry before implementation." I presume this means agree for the
suppliers total operation, and not on a case by case basis.

Can you please supply me with a copy of the agreements that you have with
suppliers? If there are privacy concerns, I do not need to know which
suppliers have which agreements.
