Dear Ministry of Justice,
My daughter and I have been involved in applications for S21 Access Orders under the CYP and their Families Act since September 2014. The Lawyer for the Child (Rebecca Dean, Family Law Specialists, Porirua) has been acting for the child since September 2014. She is yet to meet directly with us. She has advised the court that she will not engage in mediation and requires a full court hearing.

Please advise the total hours and fees that Ms Dean has charged to the Ministry since her appointment to FAM-2014-091-000307.
