The Official Information Act (the Act) requires us to make a decision on a request within 20 working days of receiving it (unless there is good reason to extend that timeframe). The Act also specifies that when calculating our response time, the term “working day” does not include the days between 25 December and 15 January (inclusive).
As your email was received on 8 December 2017, we have until 29 January 2018 to respond to your request. In the event we are unable to respond to your request by then, we will notify you of an extension of that timeframe.
