Dear Grace Heinemann,
If there is a charge, than it is not 'publically available'.
Could you please release the information without a charge or point me to where it can be publically found.
Yours sincerely,
Rick Zwaan

Good morning Rick,
I am not in the Resource Consenting department, so am unable to explain the details of the report further, however I have copied Tamami into this email.
Resource Consent Listings are publicly available online and as such, do not need to be provided under the Official Information Act.
Please see the below link to Councils website for RC listings. I suggested Tamami contact you direct as it can be better explained what is provided on the listings from an expert in the department. I believe your request would be a 'one off report'.

If you have any further questions, please contact Tamami direct.
