Further info on 'Point Wells Rd - consultation on relocation of speed limit signs' (CAS-590109-L5L1J5)

Ian Docking made this Official Information request to Auckland Transport

Response to this request is long overdue. By law Auckland Transport should have responded by now (details and exceptions). The requester can complain to the Ombudsman.

From: Ian Docking

Dear Auckland Transport,

This request is for clarification of the information you provided under LGOIA request CAS-590109-L5L1J5 on 10th November 2017.

I requested this clarification on 17th November 2017 in a reply to your original response but have not had any acknowledgement that you have received the further request. The AT contact center people cannot find any record of it either, and they suggested I log a completely new request, so this is it.

The request for further information I sent on 17th November was as follows......

"Re: LGOIA request CAS-590109-L5L1J5

Thanks for the information you sent, however I'm a little puzzled by it.

In your response to CAS-01232-W0G2F1 back in 2013 you clearly state that consultation was carried out with 'the Residents and Ratepayers Association'. But the documents you have sent me this time are only those that were presumably sent out to all Pt Wells residents in general.

Are you able to confirm that there was no direct consultation with the 'Residents and Ratepayers Association' (the PWCRA perhaps?) specifically? If not, please supply me with copies of any documents relating to that consultation process."

As this is a follow-up to a previous request I hope that it can be completed in a shorter time-frame than usual.

Yours faithfully,

Ian Docking
