Dear Ministry of Education,
The criteria for eligibility for school transport assistance is available on education.govt.nz (https://education.govt.nz/school/running...). However, many transport networks/groups have processes through which students that do not have a transport assistance entitlement are able to use the transport (e.g. bus).
Please provide a copy of all active policy / processes / procedures / guidance (etc) from the Ministry to the transport networks around use of the transport (e.g. school buses) by students that do not have a transport entitlement.
I would prefer this information in electronic format.
