Dear Lesley Mensah,
I seek that you waive the $50 charge for providing the video clip I requested. It has previously been in the public domain on youtube as are many of Paul Henry's Breakfast shows. The publicly available clip I seek was taken down for whatever reason. I merely seek to reinstate the public record of what was said by the then PM Key in relation to the sending of SAS to Afghanistan in 2009.
Yours sincerely,
greg rzesniowiecki

Hi Greg
Unfortunately we can't control what TVNZ material others post on or remove from You Tube. The $50 plus GST charge is the standard charge we apply for archived material to cover our retrieval cost, and we are entitled to do so under the Official Information Act.
Regards
Lesley

Dear Lesley Mensah,
Could you please confirm whether the charge is levied by FYI or TVNZ?
