Can you please supply me with:

1. The 4th Quarter KPI report (Apr-May-Jun 2017) that has been received by the Ministry for Culture & Heritage from Nga Taonga Sound and Vision.

2. The full Ministry for Culture & Heritage briefing document dated 15 February 2017 relating to a meeting with Minister Peter Dunne on 16 Feburary 2017 (D-0702290).

3. The current Memorandum of Understanding AND License to Occupy Archive Facility between the Ministry for Culture & Heritage and Nga Taonga Sound and Vision.

4. Any Letter of Expection from the Minister for Arts, Culture & Heritage to Nga Taonga Sound and Vision from November 2016 onwards.

5. The current Memorandum of Understanding between Ministry for Culture & Heritage and Department of Internal Affairs relating to the Avalon Archive Facility. The original MoU was titled "Access to TVNZ Archive Collection", signed 31-7-2014, but this title may have subsequently been updated. This document does not need to be supplied if it is unchanged from 31-7-2014.
