formerly Sound Archives Nga Taonga Korero and its collections, which now
is part of Ngā Taonga Sound & Vision (New Zealand Archive of Film,
Television and Sound Ngā Taonga Whitiāhua Me Ngā Taonga Kōrero).

Because of the consultation necessary to provide a response your request,
the Ministry is extending the time limit for responding to your request by
10 working days.  This extension has been made under section 15A(1)(b) of
the OIA.  You can expect to receive a response to your OIA request by 14
February 2017.

 

You have the right, under section 28(3) of the OIA, to ask an Ombudsman to
review my decision to extend your request.
