Dear Wellington City Council,

I request information related to the costing of the four proposed amendments to the Island Bay Cycleway.

For the avoidance of doubt I am interested in the methodology used to arrive at the figures and so request any documentation and communications discussing the costs, as well as the methodology and financial models used.

I further request all documentation, communications and any other information related to:
- The decision to exclude a straightforward remediation to the old configuration as an option.
- The requirement to remove an additional 40 parking spaces in the residential area.
- The requirement to alter the layout of the shopping centre including the loss of 17 parking spaces.

I am requesting this information in order to make an informed submission on the proposals. As consultation has been limited to two weeks, I would be much obliged to receive your response ASAP.
