that you submitted under the Official Information Act 1982 (“the Act”),
through a third party website.

 

As set out in an acknowledgment letter to you on 7 September (attached),
these requests were not received by Tāmaki Regeneration Company at the
time that you lodged them through the FYI website. In accordance with the
provisions of the Act, these requests are being treated as a single
request and are considered as received on 2 September 2017.

 

Subsequent to the 7 September acknowledgment letter, I contacted you on 12
September seeking clarification around items contained in your request,
noting that your request would not be considered as received for the
