I am requesting a list of NCEA Achievement and Unit Standards, in EXCEL or another suitable database format under the Official Information Act. I would prefer an electronic response and am a NZ Citizen & Resident for the purposes of the Act.
I would expect the following information from this request for each standard:
* Title
* Standard number
* Type (Unit/Achievement)
* Version number
* Credits
* Category
* Whether it is eligible as a literacy or numeracy standard
If possible, please also include learning outcomes.
I understand this information is presented on the NZQA website already, however, it is not easily processed and there is no clear way to download this information. Additionally, this does not show expired standards. If it is not possible to provide the above information, I am requesting the database used to produce this website (http://www.nzqa.govt.nz/framework/search...).
Finally, could this spreadsheet also be made available and updated continually on the NZQA website?

I would expect this not to present any great difficulty to NZQA. Such a file (the units.txt file) is already available on their website to people with educational provider logins, although it doesn't include learning outcomes, or expired units, and distinguishes achievement standards only by their number.
It doesn't list literacy and numeracy units/achievement standards either but those can be found at http://www.nzqa.govt.nz/qualifications-s...
