Dear Wellington Regional Council,

I would like to know the total cost and (if possible) the breakdown of the costs in preparing your publicly available earthquake hazard maps.

The map I am referring to is: http://www.gw.govt.nz/assets/Emergencies...

For example: how much did it cost to hire the engineers, research company, map designers, etc?

Or if that information is not available, what was the total cost of producing the map?

Furthermore, do you have any quantitative ways of measuring the benefits of the map?
