Dear Ministry of Justice,
I want to know the total value in NZ$ of assets and funds seized under the 'proceeds of crime Act' and/or Misuse of Drugs Act- for each financial year (2011-2017).
I would like to know how much of this has been used to fund new rehabilitation centres for addicts and the names of these rehabs.

I have been advised that the Ministry of Justice is unable to provide this information. It is recommended that you contact NZ Police in the first instance as they are responsible for seizing assets under the Proceeds of Crime Act.
