    Dear Horowhenua District Council,
Under the Official Information Act I request the last full financial year's financial statements relating to all income from, and expenditure on, the 115 Units and the parcel of land next to Waimarie Park owned by HDC that are currently being put up for possible sale to an Accredited Community Housing Provider.
I also request the purchase cost and date (or build cost and date for units built by HDC), the current book value and any monies owing on, each of these units.
