Hi James,

It has come to our attention that due to an administrative error there was a difference in one of the documents released to you under the Official Information Act 1982.

Please find attached the invoice from Millbrook Resort (Queenstown) in August 2016. For your records, we have included Dr Allan Freeth's internal expense claim, the Millbrook Resort (Queenstown) invoice that we provided to you in your request dated 2 April 2017, and the Millbrook Resort (Queenstown) invoice that we should have provided to you in response to your request.

In addition, I can confirm that the Chief Executive attended the Hugo group conference on behalf of the EPA. He was not on annual leave whist staying at the Millbrook estate from 18 to 21 August 2016. Nor did he take annual leave on the days either side of those dates. Please note, that Dr Allan Freeth only claimed back two nights' accommodation at a cost of $793.50 out of the $1234.20 total invoice.

Our sincerest apologies for not providing this information sooner.
