Dear Crown Fibre Holdings Limited,

With reference to the recently announced UFB2 expansion program, I seek information on the responses that were received to the RFP process.

Specifically:
1) Please supply a list of "Additional Candidate Areas" (as defined in paragraph 3, Appendix 9 of the RFP) within the Waikato region for which RFP proposals under the UFB2 expansion progress were received.
2) For each Additional Candidate Area from Q1, please supply the statistical data CFH used to evaluate the proposal (e.g. number premises passed, population density, etc).
3) For each Additional Candidate Area from Q1, please state whether the proposal was accepted or rejected, and if rejected any available summary of the specific reason for the rejection.
