I note this is a requirement under 3.8 of your agreement (Funding Agreement – Crown Infrastructure Partners Limited)
(a) the Recipient (or any of its personnel or contractors) becomes aware of, or subject to, a Conflict of Interest; or
(b) the Recipient becomes aware of any matter that could reasonably be expected to have an adverse effect on a Project, or result in a Termination Event or a breach of any term of this Agreement by the Recipient.

I also note under "Summary of CIP Review Report", Conflicts of interest, two are noted:
Note the Recipient Chief Executive called the Minister for Infrastructure mid 2020 to thank him for the initial in-principle funding.
Note the Recipient Chief Executive wrote a letter to IRG Ministers to express concern that the original scope had not been supported by CIP.
CIP provided to the relevant Ministerial offices, some context to the letter when received

1./ Were any other Conflicts of interest registered following these two; if so please provide copies of the COI's and the dates they were officially registered.
2./ Please provide copies of COI's and dates they were registered in ANY Ohakune projects.
