Maximum Usage of Land
Mike Brennan made this Official Information request to Tāmaki Redevelopment Company Limited
The request was successful.
From: Mike Brennan
Dear Tāmaki Redevelopment Company Limited,
Sir/madam,
Given that the Housing Accords and Special Housing Areas Act 2013 is now 4 years old and the Aucklnd Unitary Plan has still to be confirmed. Have you given any consideration to applying for Resorce Consents to allow up to 6 storeys ( not exceeding 27m) for the following addresses? 1:- 70-78 Line Rd, Glen Innes
2:- 175 -209 Taniwha St, Glen Innes
3;- 178-208 Taniwha St, Glen Innes
It is of great importance that limited land areas are maximised & given that the transport infrastructure is of high quality in this location should we not maximise the population density.
Given that this suggested development would challenge your ability to manage Social Housing , practically, would consider changes to the unit Titles Act 32010 would assist in your decisions?
Mike Brennan
209 Taniwha St
Glen Innes
Yours faithfully,
Mike Brennan
