Dear Tāmaki Redevelopment Company Limited,
Since 2013 we have heard that 7500 new homes will be built in your project across 20 years. This equates to approximately 380 new homes per year.
My question is specific in several areas:-
1: How many homes have been constructed in that time?
2: How many of these are occupied by MSD clients?
3: How many homes are currently empty?
4: How many Tamaki Housing Association LP tenants are in or under a 90 Day notice currently?
5: Where is the Tender for Social Services currently at? GETS does not show a result as promised in May 2016 for a decision "Late" 2016.
6: Have Ngati Whatua through Ngāti Whātua Ōrākei Whai Rawa Limited been included in the development project?
