Dear Sport and Recreation New Zealand,
I am looking for information on the age and range of disabilities of participants that are currently participating in sport.
In particular, I would like to know the numbers of persons that are over the age of 18.

Thank you for your Official Information Act request. Sport NZ does not
hold the information you have requested. We suggest that you contact
individual National Sporting Organisations to find out if they capture
this information in their membership data. You may also like to look at
the 2013 disability survey produced by Statistics New Zealand which
provides a summary of the prevalence of disability and the types of
disabilities for adults and children in NZ - it's not linked to sport but
may be of use as general background.
