The Office of the Ombudsman (Rachael Jordan) has been in contact with me
regarding an email you sent to Info@ApiNZ on 17 January 2017 requesting a
‘list of board meetings and agendas for the AFB PMP governance meetings
1^st April 2016 to 17^th January 2017’.

 

The Office of the Ombudsman has clarified the obligations of Apiculture
New Zealand as the management agency for the AFB PMP Management plan in
relation to OIA requests, and accordingly I have sought the information
you have requested from the Manager AFB PMP, and provide it to you
directly, as follows:

 

The AFB PMP Management Board Meeting dates from 1 April 2016 to 17 January
2017 include:

 

o 17 and 18 March 2016
o 11 and 12 August 2016
o 29 September 2016 (Teleconference Call)
o 23 and 24 November 2016
o 23 and 24 February 2017

 

I have also enclosed copies of the agendas as requested by you.  I
apologise for this misunderstanding on my part. I have also copied in
Rachael Jordan from the Ombudsman’s office.
