Information Act 1982 (the Act), the following:

 

1. In the past year, how many successful procurements were made through
gets.govt.nz 2. Of those successful procurements, how many were won by a
supplier who asked 0 questions through gets.govt.nz (I understand this is
where all questions regarding the tender should be raised, if this is not
the case, please provide details to the effect that no questions were
asked via any legitimate communication channel).

 

Please note that the days from 26 December 2016 to 15 January 2017
(inclusive) are defined as non- working days in the Act and are not
counted in the calculation for the response due date. This will affect the
time period for responding to your request.
