Employment Contracts for Police

Julian Little made this Official Information request to New Zealand Police

Response to this request is long overdue. By law New Zealand Police should have responded by now (details and exceptions). The requester can complain to the Ombudsman.

From: Julian Little

Dear New Zealand Police,

Please provide a copy of the employment contract for constables and senior constables.

Please advise the number of sick days constables and senior constables are entitled to per annum.

Please advise whether a medical certificate is required for sick leave, and if so, where this requirement is located in their employment contract.

Yours faithfully,

Julian Little

Thank you for your email. As this email came as a 'reply' to the one sent
to you from NZ Police previously, it does not contain the information
about what the actual information was you requested.  I did note the reply
stated your email had been forwarded to the appropriate department for
follow up. If you have not received a reply or what you were wanting
please phone us to discuss further.
Thank you.
