Dear Perry

I understand you made a decision to cancel the Love the Bay stall at the Island Bay School fair today. People within the school community are very concerned about this and how it came to be.

Please provide the reason for that decision.

Please also provide any information related to that decision including but not limited to, correspondence between yourself, school staff, Councillor Paul Eagle, members of the Island Bay Residents Association and anyone involved in organising the fair.
