Dear Horowhenua District Council,

I'd like to formally request all minutes and documentation in regards to the removal of "Development Contributions", Would also like to request a full break down of costs this has imposed on rate payers for new and additional Infrastructure within the Horowhenua.
Further more, would like to request any conflict of interest documents in regards to this matter involving Cr Wayne Bishop, being that he's financially benefited from the removal of Development Contributions
