Dear Accident Compensation Corporation,
The recent GETS tender Reference #17651701 (Pain Management Service) stipulated
"Suppliers must have a senior clinical team with at least two years’ experience predominately in pain management in each geographic region for which
they wish to hold a contract."
(a) Please supply a list of successful tenders by suppliers who did not have a senior clinical team with at least two years’ experience predominately in pain management in each geographic region for which they now hold a contract.
(b) Please supply any documentation relating to the acceptance of suppliers who did not meet the above criteria.
Under s16(2) of the Official Information Act, my preferred way of receiving a response is by email to the address from which ACC received the original request, not by post

information under the Official Information Act 1982:
