Dear Mr Sutherland

I refer to your request of 27 October 2016 to provide the name of the
officer, inspector, Police Minister or other title who authorised the

attendees of the the meeting.

I have been asked to notify you that Police requires an extension of time
in which to respond to your request, pursuant to section 15A(1) of the

Police require until 15 December 2016 to provide a substantive response to
your request.

You have the right to complain to the Office of the Ombudsmen about this
extension.
