Dear Stacey McGowan,

If I do not get a copy of that agreement I will take the matter up with
the ombudsmen.

You cannot have an agreement with sky bus as skybus does not exist

Please provide copies of   any agreement  you have with the service
provider , if you dont have it please  send this to some one  who knows
  how to deal with OIA's
