My pleasure.
Someone has been investigated under it and my understanding is it relates to sexual conduct.
This is categorically not the case and so I wish to see it in order to be able assist in framing a Statement of Correction.
Additionally I also reqest a copy of the Policy or particular clause of the Employment Agreement which allows Police as an employer to continue a Disciplinary Process AFTER resignation of member, AFTER withdrawal of allegations, AFTER secret mediated payment and settlement with the original "complainant" (which obviously wasn't so confidential if she disclosed it to multiple third parties who in turn disclosed it to me) and in the absence of any Hearing and finally updating the file 15 months later ... with no right of rebuttal no communication in breach of accepting resignation. If there are no allegations and no criminal activity there can be no investigation and no result.
Given the recent discovery of this startling information some 4 years post resignation and withdrawal, in the light of informing Police the 'complainant' had also tendered forged documentation as 'evidence' (an unlawfully obtained recording of a court tele-hearing by her recording it, subsequently having it transcribed complete with errors) yet the Police ignored this and failed to respond and the glaring fact she had also produced zero evidence to support her "beliefs" allegations, yes time is of the essence.

Memorandum of Understanding and information sharing between
Queensland Police and New Zealand Police that allows NZ Police to
share otherwise private and non-publishable material and
information with another agency during employment inquiries?
Please also advise if this covers a period post employment and if so, what is the length of that time period?
