requested the following information under the Official Information Act
1982 (“Act”): 

 

“I would like all Infomation  on the design changes for this development
by HNZ. This site  has been empty for  5 months. HNZ stated construction 
was down to start in March 2016.”

 

I am of the opinion that the information to which your request relates is
more closely connected with the functions of the Minister Responsible for
Housing New Zealand Corporation, than this Office.

 

Accordingly, pursuant to section 14 of the Act, I have transferred your
