Good afternoon Robert

In response to your Official Information Act request I can advise that Council's payments to the Catalyst Group for the year ending 30 June 2016 were $74,014.52 (GST excl.). Most of this relates to the proposed District Plan changes.

Payments to date in 2016/17 total $22,080.00 (GST excl.) - which again relate primarily to the proposed District Plan changes. On 26 August 2016, Council approved the Commissioner's decisions and these have now been publicly notified. The period for making appeals (to the Environment Court) against any of those decisions closes on 7 October 2016. Only after that we will know the likely extent of further advice needed from Catalyst to complete this project.
