Response to this request is long overdue. By law Wairoa District Council should have responded by now (details and exceptions). The requester can complain to the Ombudsman.

Dear Wairoa District Council,

Could you please provide, in table form (.csv or .xls or .xlsx), a detailed breakdown for the mayor and all councillors, per meeting, of:
- councillors in attendance
- apologies
- late arrivals (and what constitutes that), and
- early departures (and what constitutes that) for all council meetings for the 2013 triennium, to date?

Further, could that table contain data on which meetings were considered mandatory for councillors, and which were considered optional?
