- Venue
- Forum Membership (if that varied during the current council term)
- Attendance (Forum Membership)
- Apologies
- Records of absences (not present and no apology given)

If it is simpler to supply the entire minute for the meeting than to extract the above information, I will be happy to receive the full minutes as recorded by council staff.
