Dear Accident Compensation Corporation,
I would like information on the ratio of successfull mediation claims verses unsuccessfull between a client and ACC.
Please list number of mediation cases per year and the number that mediation over turns ACC original decision.
I would also like the number of claims where mediation supports ACC's original decision that end up in the district court.
Please also supply the average cost of mediation .
