Dear New Zealand Security Intelligence Service,

I would like to request the following information under the OIA:

* Does your agency use social media monitoring tools or services such as Signal, ZeroFOX or Geofeedia? If so, I'd like to know which tools are used, where they are installed / used from, (broadly) what they are used for, and how much they cost (both to install / purchase, and per year for licencing / subscription / support).

I would prefer to receive an electronic response. Queries about this request will be automatically forwarded to me by the fyi.org.nz website.

With regards to s12 of the OIA, I am an NZ citizen and in NZ.
