Could you please supply a complete copy of ACC’s  Remuneration  and
Performance Policy that is used when a staff member has their annual
review as outlined in ACC's employment contracts.

Of which the  outcome of the assessment will inform decisions relating to
staffs remuneration packages

 

ACC is working on your request and will be in touch with you as soon as
possible, and certainly by 3 June 2016.
